Rating For Divi adds a customizable 5-point rating panel directly inside the Divi Builder. Visitors select a rating by clicking or tapping an icon. If their rating is high enough, the module thanks them and sends them to a special URL after a short countdown. If their rating is lower than your chosen cutoff, the rating area animates away and is replaced with a private feedback form.

This gives you a simple way to encourage satisfied users to continue to a review page while capturing concerns from less satisfied users before they leave.
